END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and MossGames ("Developer", "We", or "Us") for the use of the game titled DIGITUM ("Game"), distributed through the Steam platform.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.

1. License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this Agreement and the Steam Subscriber Agreement.

2. User Data and Public Display
By using the Game, you acknowledge and agree that:

The Game may access and display your Steam username (also referred to as your Steam Display Name).

Your in-game scores, rankings, achievements, and other gameplay-related metrics may be displayed publicly within the Game and in online leaderboards or community pages.

These displays are essential for the intended multiplayer, competitive, or community features of the Game.

You understand and accept that this information is considered public and may be viewed by other users.

3. Ownership
You do not own the Game, but are licensed to use it. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game and any copies thereof remain with MossGames. This includes all content, trademarks, and intellectual property within the Game.

4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.

Use cheats, automation software (bots), mods, or hacks that alter gameplay or unfairly impact other players.

Harass or abuse other players, including through the use of offensive usernames or behavior.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. MossGames does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or available at all times.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MossGames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Game.

7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license to use the Game at any time, without notice, for any reason including violation of this Agreement.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Game after such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
