END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Soulbyte Games Oyun Yazılım ve Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi ("Developer") for the video game software provided through Steam ("Game").
By installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. LICENSE GRANT
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Game except as permitted by law.
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
- Use the Game for commercial purposes without written permission.
- Use cheats, hacks, automation software, bots, or exploits.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Game or its servers.
3. OWNERSHIP
The Game and all related content, including but not limited to code, artwork, characters, music, sound effects, story, and trademarks, are owned by the Developer and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer ownership.
4. ONLINE FEATURES
Some features may require an internet connection. The Developer does not guarantee continuous availability of online services and may modify or discontinue them at any time.
5. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to use the Game to engage in abusive, hateful, illegal, or disruptive behavior. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access without notice.
6. UPDATES AND CHANGES
The Developer may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Game. Such updates are considered part of the Game and subject to this Agreement.
7. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Developer may terminate this Agreement if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Game.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. The Developer makes no guarantees regarding performance, stability, or error-free operation.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.
