MPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THE GAME "BRISCAS: THE GAME" ("GAME").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using this Game, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Game.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the developer ("Developer" or "We") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control. This license is granted to you, the end user, not to any third party.
2. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content in the Game, including but not limited to the code, graphics, audio, design, and artwork, are the exclusive property of the Developer. The Game is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the Game by agreeing to this EULA. All rights not explicitly granted to you are reserved by the Developer.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
Distribute, sell, lease, rent, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Game to third parties.
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
Use the Game in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Create derivative works based on the Game.
Exploit the Game for commercial purposes unless explicitly permitted by the Developer.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Game is provided "as is," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Developer does not guarantee that the Game will be free from bugs, errors, or interruptions. In no event shall the Developer be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
5. TERMINATION
This Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Game and destroy any copies in your possession.
6. PRIVACY
The Developer respects your privacy. The Game may collect certain data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy] (if applicable). By using the Game, you agree to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Developer's country of residence, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the use of the Game and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
