END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
By installing or using "Wivroll: the Attempt™" (“the Game”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
1. LICENSE
You are granted a unlimited (subject to ''Steam'' as a platform), non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the Game for your personal, non-commercial use.
2. OWNERSHIP
All title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the Game and all copies thereof are owned by RyoGames™, clients own their own individual copy of "Wivroll: the Attempt™"
3. RESTRICTIONS
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Game except as expressly permitted by law.
4. TERMINATION
This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination you must delete all copies of the Game.
5. NO WARRANTY
The Game is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RyoGames™ disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall RyoGames™ and/or Unity Technologies (developers of the Unity Engine) be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Game.
Accept these terms to install and use this Application. If you do not accept them terms you may not continue with the installation and you must not install, use or run this software on this or any other computer. Feel free to refund the game if you meet the steam requirements.
