END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
"Mid" Game – By Equidex
Effective Date: March 1, 2025
IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY:
This EULA is a legal agreement between you and Equidex regarding your use of the "Mid" game. By downloading, installing, or using the game, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the game.
Introduction
This agreement sets forth the basic terms of the license granted to you by Equidex for your use of the "Mid" game. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all of its terms.
Grant of License
Equidex grants you a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use the "Mid" game for personal and non-commercial purposes via the Steam platform. Compliance with the Steam Subscriber Agreement is also required.
Restrictions
While using the game, the following actions are prohibited:
Using third-party software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in the game.
Extracting the game's source code, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works.
Modifying, creating derivative works from, distributing, renting, sublicensing, or selling the game.
Removing or altering copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
Using the game in violation of laws, regulations, or ethical standards.
Cheating and Bot Usage
The use of cheats, hacks, bots, or similar unauthorized tools is strictly prohibited. Such violations may result in the immediate termination of your license, account suspension, or a permanent ban.
Termination of License
In the event of any violation of the terms, Equidex reserves the right to terminate this EULA without notice. Upon termination, you must immediately remove all copies of the game and cease its use.
Updates and Modifications
Equidex reserves the right to update or modify the game or this EULA at any time. Continuing to use the game signifies your acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the changes, you must immediately uninstall the game.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The game is provided "as is" and "with all faults." No warranties, express or implied, are provided; the use of the game is entirely at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
Equidex shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the game. Total liability is limited to the fee you paid.
Ownership
The game is not sold to you; it is merely licensed. All rights, title, and interest in the game, including intellectual property rights, belong to Equidex and its licensors.
Dispute Resolution
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Equidex against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the game or violation of this EULA. In the event of any dispute, all disagreements between the parties shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with rules determined by Equidex. Thus, disputes will be adjudicated as determined by Equidex.
Entire Agreement
This EULA, along with any additional terms provided by Equidex, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Equidex regarding your use of the game, and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements.
Severability
If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
