SFXEngine Sound Pack End User License Agreement
The SFXEngine Sound Pack is defined as any and all the 'SFXEngine Sound Pack' DLC for the software program SFXEngine Sound Pack in any state plus all sound effects and source samples utilised therein.

Subject to the following terms, Cornutopia Software grants you a limited personal licence to use the SFXEngine Sound Pack:
1. Any sound effect in The SFXEngine Sound Pack subsequently rendered or exported as a wav file may be used in whole or in part for any purpose, including commercially, freely and without royalty or further payment, and without adherence to any licence or other terms.
2. You may not distribute, sublicense, sell, rent, or modify The SFXEngine Sound Pack in SFXEngine project format or SFXEngine program format without written consent from Cornutopia Software.
3. SFXEngine Sound Pack is supplied "as is". The author disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, and compatibility now or in the future with any configuration of computing equipment or software, or of fitness for any purpose. In no event shall the author be liable for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from using any version of SFXEngine Sound Pack.
