End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you (the "User") and TIKVA VR LLC ("We" or "the Company") regarding your use of our software titled "Noah's VRK" (the "Software"). By installing, copying, or using the Software, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, do not install or use the Software.
1. License Grant
TIKVA VR LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software for your personal and non-commercial use, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2. Restrictions on Use
The User may not, unless permitted by applicable law:
- Copy, distribute, or reproduce the Software in whole or in part.
- Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Software.
- Use the Software for commercial purposes or for profit without prior written consent from TIKVA VR LLC.
- Remove, alter, or obscure copyright notices or trademarks on the Software.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Software, including but not limited to code, art, music, and other assets, belong to TIKVA VR LLC or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you ownership rights to the Software.
4. Third-Party Content
The Software may include third-party content or links to third-party websites. TIKVA VR LLC is not responsible for such content or its use.
5. Privacy and Data Collection
The Software may collect personal information from the User as described in our [Privacy Policy](link to policy). By using the Software, you consent to this data collection and use.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TIKVA VR LLC be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
8. Termination
This Agreement will automatically terminate if the User breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, the User must immediately cease using the Software and delete all copies in their possession.
9. Modifications to the Agreement
TIKVA VR LLC reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Modifications will be communicated to the User through the Steam platform or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Software after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of [insert jurisdiction] in the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
