1. Licence Grant
1.1. Subject to your compliance with this EULA, VirtTrade grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to download, install, and use one copy of the Game on a personal computer for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
1.2. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in the Game. The Game is licensed, not sold, to you.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or display the Game except as expressly permitted under this EULA;
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Game;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Game, except as permitted by applicable law;
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Game to any third party;
- Use the Game for any commercial purposes or in any manner not expressly authorised by this EULA;
- Use the Game in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with this EULA.
3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all content, graphics, artwork, and code, are owned by VirtTrade or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This EULA does not grant you any rights to such intellectual property except as expressly set forth herein.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use the Game in compliance with all applicable laws and not to:
- Use cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorised third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Game;
- Exploit any bugs or errors in the Game to gain an unfair advantage;
- Engage in any conduct that is disruptive, abusive, or harmful to other users.
5. Virtual Items
The Game may include virtual items ("Virtual Items") such as cards or in-game currency. Virtual Items have no real-world value and are licensed, not sold, to you. You may not sell, trade, or transfer Virtual Items outside of the Game. Any such actions are strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your licence.
6. Updates and Patches
VirtTrade may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Game ("Updates"). You agree that VirtTrade has no obligation to provide any Updates or to continue to support the Game. Any Updates provided will be subject to the terms of this EULA.
7. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and uninstall all copies.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VirtTrade disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VirtTrade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Content and Imagery
All artwork, photography, and visual content used in Cards, the Universe and Everything has been sourced responsibly and in accordance with relevant copyright and licensing laws.
The imagery in the game comes from a range of sources, including:
- Licensed stock imagery (primarily via Shutterstock);
- Commissioned artwork and original photography;
- Public domain and Creative Commons-licensed material.
We’ve taken care to ensure that every image used in the game is properly licensed or falls within usage rights. Where specific licensing applies, we’ve included appropriate credit or attribution directly within the game.
While every effort has been made in good faith to verify the provenance and licensing of all assets, we acknowledge that inadvertent errors or omissions could conceivably occur. Where such instances are identified, we are committed to addressing and resolving them promptly and responsibly.
