This End User License Agreement («EULA») is a binding agreement between you («User», «You») and the lead developer of this game, Ruslan Rafaelevich Khabibullin («Developer», «We», «Our» or «Us»), located at 1B,, apt. 88, Barkhatovoy St., Omsk, Russia. By downloading, installing or using the Game via the Steam platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, you must not install, access or use the Game.
We provide you with a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game strictly for your personal enjoyment, in line with this EULA and Steam’s terms of service. Commercial use or distribution of the Game is not permitted.
As a user of the Game, you agree to refrain from:
- Utilizing unauthorized software, scripts, or bots to manipulate or alter the Game experience.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the Game’s source code.
- Creating derivative works or modifications of the Game without our express permission.
- Distributing, selling, leasing, or licensing copies of the Game or its components to others.
- Removing or modifying any proprietary notices or branding within the Game.
We reserve the right to update or change the Game and this License Agreement at any time. After We change the License Agreement, You will receive a notification when you log in to the game after updating it to the latest version. You can also view the current version of this agreement through the Steam platform itself on the Game's page in the store. Your continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to any changes, you must uninstall the Game and stop using it.
Your rights under this EULA are granted so long as you comply with the terms of this agreement. This agreement may be terminated without notice if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all activities related to the Game and delete all copies in your possession.
The game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. By accepting this agreement, you acknowledge that the Game is for entertainment purposes only and is not intended to offend anyone or encourage anyone to do anything, and any similarities are coincidental.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Game.
