The Fletch Zone! End-User License Agreement (EULA):

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and [TheFletchZone!] ("Company"). By installing or using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
1. License Grant
The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the software [Reaper's Awakening!] ("Software") in accordance with the terms of this EULA.
2. User Obligations
You agree to:
-Use the Software only for personal or internal business purposes.
-Not copy, modify, or distribute the Software without prior written consent from the Company.
-Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The Software is owned by the Company and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the Software.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
5. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the Software. The Company may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.
6. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [USA,MO].
7. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Changes will be communicated to you, and your continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
8. Acceptance
