### END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR "MAID OF VENIA"

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Starving Lama Games ("Company"), owned and operated by William McCain, for the use of the video game software titled "Maid of Venia" ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using this Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

- Exploit the Software for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Starving Lama Games.

### 3. OWNERSHIP
The Software is owned by William McCain and Starving Lama Games. All intellectual property rights in and to the Software, including but not limited to design, artwork, code, and trademarks, remain the property of the Company or the artist or company who created the original work.

### 4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starving Lama Games disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Starving Lama Games does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free.

### 5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Starving Lama Games or William McCain be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

### 6. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies of the Software in your possession.
