## 1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. "Game" refers to the computer/console game licensed under this user license agreement.
1.2. "User" means the individual who purchases or uses the game.
1.3. "Developer" means the company holding the copyright of the game.
## 2. LICENSE RIGHTS
2.1. The Developer grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable game usage license under the following conditions:
a) Use the game for personal entertainment purposes.
b) Run the game only on the licensed device.
c) Create a backup copy of the game for archival purposes.
2.2. The User strictly agrees to refrain from the following actions:
a) Reverse engineering the game's source code
b) Reproducing or unauthorized distribution of the game
c) Using the game for commercial purposes
d) Engaging in any activities that violate the game's copyrights
## 3. COPYRIGHT
3.1. All copyrights of the game are exclusively owned by the Developer.
3.2. The User cannot claim ownership rights to any part or all of the game content.
## 4. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
4.1. The game is provided "as is". The Developer does not guarantee the game's performance, uninterrupted operation, or being free from errors.
4.2. The Developer shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the game's use.
## 5. UPDATES AND CONTENT CHANGES
5.1. The Developer reserves the right to make updates and changes to the game.
5.2. The User must accept these updates.
## 6. PRIVACY
6.1. The game does not involve any online data collection.
6.2. User interactions and game progress are stored locally on the device.
## 7. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
7.1. The Developer may unilaterally terminate the license if the User violates any terms of this agreement.
## 8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
8.1. Turkish Law shall apply to any disputes arising from this agreement.
8.2. Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices shall have jurisdiction.
## 9. FINAL PROVISIONS
9.1. This agreement becomes effective upon game installation or use.
9.2. The invalidity of any provision of this agreement shall not affect the validity of other provisions.
