This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Warhelm Games, LLC ("Warhelm Games," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the game "MachineCorps," including all provided files, updates, patches, downloadable content, documentation, and any associated services (collectively, the "Game"). By using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and play the Game for personal entertainment purposes on devices you own or control via the platform through which the Game was obtained (e.g., Steam, Epic Games Store, or any other official platform the game is released on from which you obtained a valid game license), (hereafter, the “Platform”), subject to and consistent with the usage rules and terms of the Platform.

Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Game and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Warhelm Games. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You may create and share mods and resources such as texture packs or tools, provided they:
You retain rights to any original content you create but grant Warhelm Games a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, feature, modify, or redistribute such content for promotional or community purposes, with appropriate attribution where reasonably possible.
Use of mods is at your own risk. Warhelm Games does not provide support for unofficial modifications and is not liable for any issues arising from their use.
Restrictions
You agree not to use the Game for any illegal or restricted purpose such as, but not limited to, the following:
Note: We permit reverse engineering or modding for the purpose of community play or improving the gameplay experience, as long as it does not facilitate the restricted purposes described above and adheres to the policies of the Platform (after all, we started as modders ourselves once upon a time).
Online Features and Cloud Saves
The Game may include optional features such as cloud saves, achievements, or stats, which are handled through the Platform according to the Platform’s policies. Warhelm Games does not directly manage these services. Availability and retention of cloud data are governed by the Platform and Warhelm Games is not liable for data loss or other damages associated with these services. We make no guarantees regarding the continuity or availability of online-related features provided by the Platform.
Third-Party Software Disclaimer
This Game may incorporate software or components developed by third parties, which are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Any such components are subject to their own license terms, where applicable.
Updates and Modifications
We may update, patch, or modify the Game at any time without prior notice. This includes the removal or alteration of features. The Game may be released as part of an early access or pre-release program. Features, performance, and content are subject to change, addition, or removal without notice. Warhelm Games makes no guarantees regarding the scope, timeline, or eventual content included in the Game. All updates and future content releases are considered part of the Game and governed by this Agreement, unless sold separately under a separate license agreement.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate your license immediately if you:
Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the Game. No refunds will be issued for terminated licenses.
Refunds
All refunds are handled exclusively through the platform on which the Game was purchased (e.g., Steam or Epic Games Store) and are subject to the Platform’s policies. Warhelm Games does not process or issue refunds directly.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warhelm Games disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Warhelm Games be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of use, arising out of or in any way connected to this Agreement or your use of the Game. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Game.
Export and Legal Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. and international export laws. You may not use, export, or re-export the Game in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including U.S. export control laws.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Texas. You agree that any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be submitted exclusively to the state or federal courts located in Texas, United States, and you consent to their jurisdiction. You agree to waive any right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
Age Requirement
The Game is intended for users who meet the minimum age requirement for the Game displayed on the Platform where the Game is purchased or downloaded. All users must comply with the age-related usage restrictions enforced by the Platform and any applicable content rating systems required by the Platform.
Health and Safety Warning
A very small percentage of individuals may experience epileptic seizures or blackouts when exposed to certain light patterns or flashing lights, even if they have no history of epilepsy. If you or anyone in your household has an epileptic condition, consult your physician before playing. Immediately stop playing and consult a doctor if you experience any of the following symptoms: dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitches, loss of awareness, disorientation, or convulsions.

You may not:
- Resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the Game.
- Circumvent DRM, copy protection, or other technical restrictions.
- Distribute the Game or any portion of its content without express written permission.

- Are clearly labeled as unofficial,
- Do not violate the rights of any third party.
You retain rights to any original content you create but grant Warhelm Games a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, feature, modify, or redistribute such content for promotional or community purposes, with appropriate attribution where reasonably possible.

General Terms
- This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and Warhelm Games and supersedes all prior agreements.
- Warhelm Games may amend this Agreement at any time by posting an updated version. Continued use constitutes acceptance and agreement.
- If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
- You may not assign this Agreement without our prior written consent.
