End User License Agreement (EULA) for "The Advent: Children of Arla"

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and Planet Postmoderna LLC ("Licensor") for the use of the game software, "The Advent: Children of Arla" ("Software"). 4. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS
The Licensor may, at its sole discretion, provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Software. These updates may be mandatory to continue using the Software. All updates provided are considered part of the Software and subject to the terms of this Agreement.
5. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession or control.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Licensor does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Software, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. GOVERNING LAW
