END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and the development team of Double Shoulders ("Developer"). By installing, copying, or using Double Shoulders ("Game"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. LICENSE GRANT
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not grant ownership of the Game.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Game without prior written consent from the Developer.
Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the Game’s source code.
Use the Game for commercial purposes or distribute it for profit.
Bypass, remove, or interfere with any security features or copyright protections of the Game.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including but not limited to visual assets, audio, and code, remain the sole property of the Developer or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks, logos, or intellectual property associated with the Game.
4. NO DATA COLLECTION
The Game does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data or user information.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Game is provided "as is," without any warranties, express or implied. The Developer makes no guarantees regarding the performance, quality, or functionality of the Game and assumes no responsibility for any issues arising from its use.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Game.
7. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Developer may terminate it if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies in your possession.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France.
