End User License Agreement (EULA) for SillyAhhPVP

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and the developer ("We/Us") regarding your use of SillyAhhPVP ("the Game"). By clicking "I Agree" or otherwise accessing the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and play the Game for personal entertainment purposes only. This includes both free content and any optional paid content that may be introduced in the future, such as in-game purchases or DLC.
Ownership
We, or our licensors, retain full ownership of the Game, including all artwork, code, gameplay mechanics, branding, and all other intellectual property. You are granted a license to use the Game, not ownership of it. You may use audio from the Game for non-commercial purposes only.
Recording and Promotional Use
By agreeing to this Agreement, you grant us permission to record gameplay data and match footage for development and promotional purposes. You also consent to the possibility that footage involving your gameplay may be used in promotional material for the Game. No additional notice will be provided before such use occurs.
User Conduct
By using the Game, you agree to the following:
Updates and Changes
We may release updates, patches, or modifications to the Game at any time, which may affect gameplay, features, or compatibility. Certain updates may be required in order to continue playing the Game.
Termination
This license may be revoked and your access to the Game restricted or terminated if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any kind.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding performance, reliability, uptime, or the resolution of bugs or issues.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Game. You use the Game at your own risk.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
