This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Lucio Misael Aquino ("Developer") for the use of the game "Super Burger Clicker" ("Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

The User may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
- Distribute, sell, or sublicense the Game without prior written consent.
- Use the Game for any commercial purposes without authorization.

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Game, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights, remain with the Developer.

This Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Game.

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

The Developer will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or other intangible losses arising from the use or inability to use the Game.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mar del Plata, Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
