END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “Player”) and the developer/publisher (“Developer”) of Evil Spirit Hunter (“Game”). By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
1. License Grant
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this EULA.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Game.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game, except where permitted by law.
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
3. Ownership
The Game and all associated content, including but not limited to software, graphics, audio, text, and trademarks, are owned by the Developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This EULA does not grant you ownership of the Game.
4. Third-Party Software
The Game may include third-party software components that are subject to their own license terms. Such licenses apply in addition to this EULA.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME.
7. Termination
This license will automatically terminate if you violate any provision of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game.
8. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
