END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“End User” or “You”) and Zaorus Games (“We,” “Us,” “Our”), governing your use of the game Fateful Destiny (the “Game”). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Zaorus Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Fateful Destiny for personal and non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this EULA.
2. OWNERSHIP
The Game, including but not limited to its content, graphics, audio, software, and trademarks, is owned by Zaorus Games. All rights not expressly granted to you under this EULA are reserved by Zaorus Games.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
Copy, distribute, or modify the Game.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
Use the Game for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Zaorus Games.
Use the Game in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
If the Game allows you to create or share content (“User Content”), you retain ownership of your User Content but grant Zaorus Games a worldwide, royalty-free, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, and distribute your User Content for purposes related to the Game.
5. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS
Zaorus Games may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Game, which may be automatically installed. You agree that these updates are part of the Game and subject to this EULA.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Game is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. Zaorus Games does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Zaorus Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Game, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. TERMINATION
This EULA is effective until terminated. Zaorus Games may terminate this EULA at any time if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Game and delete all copies in your possession.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This EULA is governed by the laws of [Insert Applicable Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
