This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Chase of Bass, Inc. (“Developer”) for the use of the game software titled “King for a Knight” (“Software”).

Developer grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Developer and its licensors.
3. Data Collection & Privacy
The developer does not intentionally collect any personal data from users of this game. However, this game may include third-party software and services (such as GameMaker Studio 2 and Steam SDK) that could collect limited data as part of their standard functionality. Please refer to Steam’s Privacy Policy and YoYo Games’ privacy terms for more information.
4. COPPA Compliance
This game Software is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been inadvertently collected, we will take immediate steps to delete it. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us with personal information may contact us via our support email.
5. Third-Party Services & Components
This game Software may use third-party tools, code, and services including but not limited to GameMaker Studio 2 and Steam SDK. Use of such components is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the data practices of these third parties.
