This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Yupiterra ("Company," "we," or "us") for the Strawberry game software product, which includes computer software and associated media and documentation ("Game").

1. LICENSE GRANT
The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and Steam's Subscriber Agreement.

2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Game
  
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
  
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Game
  
• Transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, rent or otherwise distribute the Game to third parties
  
• Make the Game available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time
  
• Use any unauthorized third-party software, scripts, bots, or any other means to cheat, exploit, automate, or manipulate the Game in any way.

3. OWNERSHIP
The Game is licensed, not sold, even though it is provided free of charge. The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights. This includes but is not limited to any content, code, data, game concepts, artwork, graphics, structure, sequence, organization, and documentation of the Game.

4. PROHIBITED GAMEPLAY BEHAVIOR

Players are forbidden from engaging in any form of game manipulation or automated play. The following activities are explicitly prohibited:

• Implementation or use of any third-party tools, scripts, or programs that perform actions in the game automatically
  
• Deliberate exploitation of game mechanics, including the use of programming errors, design oversights, or technical vulnerabilities for player advantage
  
• Actions that interfere with, impair, or negatively impact other players' gaming experience
  
• Creation, distribution, or promotion of tools, methods, or instructions designed to circumvent normal gameplay mechanics
  
• Using multiple accounts or automated processes to accumulate resources or advantages

Any violation of these prohibitions constitutes grounds for immediate license termination and permanent account suspension. The Company reserves the right to determine what constitutes a violation of this section and to take appropriate enforcement action.

5. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS
The Company may deploy or provide updates, modifications, or patches to the Game at any time, with or without notice.

6. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME.

9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the updated Agreement on Steam or through the Game.
