This End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions for the use of the game software "Doki Doki Hanetsuki VR" (hereinafter referred to as "the Software") provided by MomoduVR (hereinafter referred to as "the Developer"). By purchasing, downloading, installing, launching, or using the Software, the user is deemed to have agreed to all terms of this Agreement.

Agreement to the above End User License Agreement (EULA) is required to install and play this game.
This End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions for the use of the game software "Doki Doki Hanetsuki VR" (hereinafter referred to as "the Software") provided by MomoduVR (hereinafter referred to as "the Developer"). By purchasing, downloading, installing, launching, or using the Software, the user is deemed to have agreed to all terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
- The Developer grants the user a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Software, provided that the user complies with this Agreement.
- This Agreement does not transfer any copyrights or other intellectual property rights related to the Software to the user.
- This Agreement supplements the Steam Subscriber Agreement (SSA) provided by Valve Corporation. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the SSA, the provisions of the SSA shall take precedence.
2. Prohibited Conduct
The user shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the Software, unless expressly permitted by the Developer.1) Modification and Creation of Mods
- Modification, alteration, patching, or the use of modification tools on the Software.
- Creating, distributing, or sharing Mods (including user-generated data).
- Changing the behavior, data, or operation of the Software in a manner not authorized by the Developer.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Software.
- Analyzing the source code, internal structure, algorithms, or data formats of the Software.
- *The above applies except where explicitly permitted by applicable law.
- Redistributing, reprinting, selling, renting, or sublicensing the Software (including executable files, assets, and data), in whole or in part, without the Developer's permission.
- Any act that infringes upon the rights (copyrights, trademarks, privacy, etc.) of the Developer or any third party.
- Any act that violates laws, regulations, or public order and morals.
3. VR Safety and Disclaimer
- 1. The user shall comply with the safety guidelines recommended by the VR device manufacturer and ensure the safety of their surroundings while using the Software.
- 2. The Developer shall not be liable for any physical discomfort (including so-called VR sickness), accidents such as falls or collisions in the physical world, injuries, or property damage resulting from the use of the Software, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Developer.
4. Updates and Specification Changes
The Developer may change, add, or suspend the content, specifications, or provision methods of the Software without prior notice to the user.5. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
- 1. The Developer does not guarantee that the Software is fit for a particular purpose, complete, accurate, continuous, or free of bugs.
- 2. The Developer shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user resulting from the use or inability to use the Software, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
- 3. In any event, the scope of the Developer's liability for damages shall be limited to the amount equivalent to the purchase price actually paid by the user for the Software, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Consequences of Breach
In the event that the user violates any provision of this Agreement, the license to use the Software shall terminate immediately without prior notice. Upon termination, the user must promptly uninstall the Software and destroy all duplicated data. Furthermore, the Developer reserves the right to take legal action, including claims for damages, for malicious violations.7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising between the Developer and the user in connection with the Software or this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.[Contact Information]
