END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Cheap Laptop Games ("Licensor", "We", or "Us") for the game titled Nonsolar which includes associated software, media, and online or electronic documentation.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If You do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.
1. Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Cheap Laptop Games grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and play one (1) copy of the Game for personal, non-commercial use on a single device through the Steam platform.
2. Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, are owned by Cheap Laptop Games or its licensors.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Game;
Distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, or publicly display the Game;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except as expressly permitted by applicable law;
Use the Game for any commercial purposes without prior written permission;
Bypass, modify, or tamper with any security or DRM measures;
Use the Game in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
4. User-Generated Content (If Applicable)
If the Game allows you to create or submit content (e.g., mods, maps, characters), you grant Cheap Laptop Games a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Game and its marketing. You must not submit any content that infringes on third-party rights or is unlawful.
5. Online Services (If Applicable)
If the Game includes online features, You acknowledge that online services may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice, and Cheap Laptop Games is not obligated to provide continued support or servers.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Cheap Laptop Games may terminate this Agreement immediately if You breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies.
7. No Warranties
The Game is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cheap Laptop Games disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Cheap Laptop Games be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use the Game.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/Region], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City/Country].
10. Steam Platform
You acknowledge that your use of the Game is also subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Valve’s Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and those terms, the Steam terms shall prevail with respect to platform-related issues.
