Users are permitted to use the software "First Made Break Rock"for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Users are prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, copying, or distributing the software "First Made Break Rock"without prior authorization.
The software "First Made Break Rock"is provided "as is," "as available," "with all faults," and without any warranties of any kind. The company "First Made Game Company"disclaims all warranties, conditions, obligations under common law, and representations (express, implied, oral, or written) related to "First Made Break Rock".
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the developer of the software "First Made Break Rock"and the company "First Made Game Company"make no warranty that:
1. The software "First Made Break Rock", including its integrated components, will operate properly;
2. The software "First Made Break Rock"will meet your requirements;
3. The operation of the software "First Made Break Rock"will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or error-free in all circumstances;
4. Any defects in the software "First Made Break Rock"can or will be corrected;
5. The software "First Made Break Rock"complies with the platform manufacturer’s rules or requirements, or will continue to do so;
6. The platform manufacturer has approved or will approve the software "First Made Break Rock", or that such approval will not be revoked for any reason.
All warranties against infringement, such as those provided under Section 2-312 of the Uniform Commercial Code or similar laws, are explicitly disclaimed by the developer and "First Made Game Company."The developer and "First Made Game Company"do not guarantee continuous, error-free, virus-free, or secure operation or access to the software "First Made Break Rock."This clause applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the developer nor the service provider of "First Made Break Rock"nor "First Made Game Company"shall be liable for any losses or damages arising from the use or inability to use the software "First Made Break Rock", including but not limited to loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any other commercial damages or losses. Under no circumstances shall the company "First Made Game Company"or the service provider of "First Made Break Rock"be liable for any loss of profits or indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages or other damages arising out of or in connection with this agreement or the software "First Made Break Rock", even if the developer or "First Made Game Company"has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation of liability also applies in cases of negligence, strict liability, indemnity, product liability, breach of contract, or warranty.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, the liability of the developer or service provider of "First Made Break Rock"and "First Made Game Company"shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The software "First Made Break Rock"does not collect user personal information. This is because the software does not store user data on any server and operates without any server connection. Therefore, the software does not require user consent for data collection. Since no personal information is collected, recorded, or stored, the developer and the company "First Made Game Company"are not liable for any damages related to personal information. The software complies with applicable personal information protection laws.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and all disputes shall be resolved in the Seoul Central District Court.
The service provider and the developer, "First Made Game Company,"reserve the right to provide updates to the software "First Made Break Rock"or to terminate the service at any time without prior notice. However, in the event of service termination, prior notice will be provided at least 30 days before the termination date.
