1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Tank Frenzy Survivor ("the Game"), developed by Brandon Pearman ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree with these terms, do not download, install, or use the Game.
2. Grant of License
The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are not permitted to:
Copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Game.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game's source code.
Use the Game for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
3. Ownership
The Game and all related intellectual property rights are owned by the Company. This includes but is not limited to graphics, music, code, and other assets within the Game.
4. User-Generated Content
If the Game allows for user-generated content (UGC), you retain ownership of any content you create. However, by creating and uploading content, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and modify your UGC as part of the Game and for promotional purposes.
5. Privacy and Data Collection
The Game may collect non-personal data for analytics purposes. By using the Game, you consent to this data collection. The Company will not collect personal data without your consent, and any collected data will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by deleting the Game from your device. The Company reserves the right to terminate your license at its discretion if you violate any terms of this EULA. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Game from your device.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.
8. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Dublin.
9. Changes to the EULA
The Company reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Game's website or Steam page. Continued use of the Game after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
