This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a contract between Kikiri Company S.A.S. (“Licensor,” “we”) and you (“you,” “user”) regarding the video game Blaze of Empires, its online services, downloadable content, virtual items, and updates (collectively, the “Game”). By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. License
We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this EULA and the rules of the platforms where you obtained it (e.g., Steam, Android/Google Play, iOS/App Store).
2. Intellectual Property
The Game and its contents are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Blaze of Empires and related logos are trademarks of Kikiri Company. All rights not expressly granted remain with us.
3. Use Rules and Restrictions
You shall not: (a) decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer except as permitted by law; (b) rent, lease, sell, resell, sublicense, or distribute the Game; (c) circumvent technical protection measures; (d) create or use cheats, bots, automation, hacks, or unauthorized modifications; (e) use the Game unlawfully or in a manner that infringes third-party rights or disrupts other users.
Mods are only allowed if we expressly announce them or provide official tools; otherwise they are prohibited.
4. Online Services and Third-Party Accounts
Some features require an internet connection and/or a third-party account (e.g., Steam, Google, or Apple account). Those services are governed by their own terms. We may apply reasonable security measures to preserve the integrity of the Game and the user experience, and upon violations we may suspend or terminate access to online features.
5. User-Generated Content (UGC) and Streaming
Where the Game allows UGC (e.g., names/emblems/clans), you grant the Licensor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, and display your UGC within the Game and for promotional purposes. You warrant that your UGC does not violate the law or third-party rights.
Streaming and content creation/monetization (including ad revenue) of the Game are permitted, provided you do not use non-public builds and you respect this EULA and third-party rights. We may request removal of content that violates these rules.
6. Virtual Items and Game Economy
The Game may include virtual currency or items with no real-world monetary value and not redeemable for money. Availability is not guaranteed permanently. We may rebalance, modify, or retire items or progression when reasonably necessary for operation and balance.
7. Updates and Changes
We may update, patch, or modify the Game (including balance). Some updates may be required to continue using it.
8. Privacy
Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy: https://kikiricompany.com/privacy-policy
. We may collect usage analytics/telemetry to improve the service, in accordance with applicable law.
9. Warranty and Liability
THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, NON-INFRINGEMENT), TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED, LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST DATA/PROFITS/BUSINESS, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS. Licensor’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Game (if any), unless otherwise mandated by law.
10. Termination
We may terminate this EULA and your access to the Game upon breaches. Upon termination, you must cease use and uninstall the Game. Sections intended to survive (IP, Warranty/Liability, Governing Law) will survive.
11. Health and Safety
Some users may experience photosensitivity. Take breaks and stop playing if you experience dizziness, blurred vision, headaches, or other symptoms. Ages 13+; minors under supervision.
12. Export and Compliance
You represent you are not located in embargoed countries or on restricted lists. You will comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws.
13. Platform Terms
Use on Steam, Android/Google Play, and iOS/App Store is also subject to their respective terms. In case of conflict regarding purchases, refunds, or other platform services, the platform’s rules prevail.
14. Governing Law and Venue
This EULA is governed by the laws of Colombia. Courts of Pereira, Colombia (no arbitration).
15. EULA Changes
We may update this EULA; if changes are material, we will use reasonable means to notify you. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
