END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and AimDash Studios ("Licensor") regarding your use of the video game Blitzthera ("Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Grant of License
The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not grant you ownership of the Game or any of its components.
2. Third-Party Assets
The Game contains assets from third-party creators. These assets have been legally purchased by AimDash Studios and are used in accordance with the applicable licenses. AimDash Studios affirms that it holds the necessary rights to include these assets in the Game. However, you, the User, are not permitted to extract, copy, or use these assets outside of the Game, as doing so may violate the original creators’ rights.
3. In-Game Transactions and Refund Policy
All purchases made through in-game transactions are final and non-refundable. By completing a transaction, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund, reimbursement, or chargeback for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the purchased content, accidental purchases, or unused virtual goods.
4. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, or distribute the Game or any part of it without prior written consent from the Licensor.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
Use the Game for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to monetized gameplay videos, without express permission.
Exploit any part of the Game, including bugs or errors, for personal or third-party gain.
Use the Game in any manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in the Game, including but not limited to graphics, logos, code, and other content, are owned by AimDash Studios or its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
6. User-Generated Content
If the Game allows for user-generated content, you agree that:
You retain ownership of any content you create but grant AimDash Studios a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute that content within the Game.
You will not create or upload content that infringes on the rights of others or violates any laws.
7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the Game.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AimDash Studios does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AimDash Studios shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Game.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York and the federal laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in New York County, New York.
11. Amendments
AimDash Studios reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. You are encouraged to review this Agreement periodically. Your continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of any changes.
