END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and SCARLET-G ("Developer," "We," or "Us") regarding your use of the PC game "BATTLERCORE: TEAM BLAZER" ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
SCARLET-G grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use BATTLERCORE: TEAM BLAZER for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This Agreement does not grant You ownership of the Software, only a right to use it under the conditions outlined herein.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
Copy, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the Software or any part of it.
Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
Use the Software for any commercial purpose without explicit written consent from SCARLET-G.
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from the Software.
Use cheats, bots, automation software, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software that modifies or interacts with the Software.
Engage in any behavior that disrupts or negatively affects the experience of other players.
3. OWNERSHIP
All intellectual property rights in BATTLERCORE: TEAM BLAZER, including but not limited to its code, artwork, music, and story elements, are owned by SCARLET-G. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Software.
4. UPDATES AND PATCHES
SCARLET-G may release updates, patches, or modifications to the Software at any time. Such updates may be required for continued use of the Software. You agree that SCARLET-G is not obligated to provide support or updates.
5. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
If the Software allows You to create or share content ("User-Generated Content" or "UGC"), You grant SCARLET-G a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Software. You agree not to create or share any content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
6. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. SCARLET-G may terminate Your license if You violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, You must cease using and uninstall the Software.
7. DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY LIMITATION
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
SCARLET-G is not responsible for any data loss, system damage, or other issues resulting from the use of the Software.
In no event shall SCARLET-G be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Software.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.
9. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
SCARLET-G reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Software after any modifications indicate Your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
