# End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and RIPLEY Project ("Developer") governing the use of "NOMANUAL." By downloading, installing, copying, or otherwise using the software, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the software.
## 1. Grant of License
The Developer grants the User a **non-exclusive**, **non-transferable**, and **limited** license to use the software under the following conditions:
- The software may only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes.
## 2. Ownership
The software and all related materials (including updates, patches, assets, and code) are the exclusive property of the Developer. The User does not acquire any ownership rights to the software.
## 3. Restrictions
The User must not:
- Copy, distribute, resell, or otherwise commercially exploit the software.
- Attempt to disable or circumvent any security, copyright, or other restrictions in the software.
- Interfere with other users' access to the software or use it for unintended purposes.
## 4. Limitation of Liability

The software is provided "as-is," and the Developer makes no warranties regarding its performance, quality, suitability, or stability.

- Mental distress or trauma caused by fear or stress.
- Psychological panic, insomnia, or other mental health issues.
- Physical accidents (e.g., tripping, injuries) caused by shock, fear, or other reactions during use.

The User acknowledges that they use the software at their own risk and agrees that the Developer is not responsible for any consequences arising from its use. The User waives the right to claim damages from the Developer or any related parties for physical, mental, or property damages caused by the software.
## 5. Privacy and Data Collection

## 8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
