End User License Agreement (EULA)
This software product (hereinafter referred to as the “Software”) is copyrighted by and licensed by Garakutaya and Raku Umemoto (hereinafter referred to as the “Licensor”). This License applies to the Software product in its entirety, including all updates and modifications. By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This Software is protected by intellectual property laws, including international treaties and domestic copyright laws.
Scope of License
The Licensor grants a non-exclusive license for the Software for personal entertainment use only.
Commercial use of the Software content as-is (such as selling screenshots) is strictly prohibited.
Redistribution of the Software without permission is prohibited. Written permission from the Licensor is required for redistribution.
Copyright and Trademark
All copyrighted works except for the SOFTWARE and certain related music (①, ②) and textures (③) belong to Licensor.
The music is ① produced by Udio AI, CREEVO, Orpheus, ACS and Licensor and licensed for use, and ②produced by BiaB, which is an auto-generator and licensed for use.
②Some of the music is created and copyrighted by BiaB, an automatic music creation software, and some of the music is composed by the Licensor.
Some of the textures are based on output images from ③ ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini.
Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, modifying, or redistributing the Software.
Deriving profits from unauthorized translations or modifications is strictly prohibited, and the Licensor assumes no responsibility for any disputes or damages arising from such actions.
Acts that infringe upon the Licensor’s rights or damage the Licensor’s reputation are strictly prohibited.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided "as is" without any warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.
The Licensor is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
In the event of any changes to the copyright policy or scope of use of non-licensor works ①,②, or③, we will announce such changes on our official website, Steam news feed, etc.
Updates and Support
The Licensor is not obligated to provide updates or support for the Software.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese courts.
Permitted Uses
Derivative works based on the Software are permitted for profit in accordance with the Licensor’s guidelines.
Streaming and live broadcasting of the Software is permitted, provided it does not distort the content of the game.
Personal use of screenshots and similar media from the Software is permitted.
8. Use of AI
ChatGPT and Copilot are used to aid in code writing.
ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini are used for some of the textures.
UdioAI is used for some of the music.
The automatic composition software BiaB, ACS, CREEVO, and Orpheus are used for some of the music.
