Welcome! This is a short, friendly agreement between you (the player) and us (NCL) It just explains what you can and can't do with Lust or Heaven.
1. What you can do
When you buy or download Lust or Heaven on Steam, we give you permission to:
Install and play the game on your own computer(s).
Use it for personal, non-commercial fun (not for business or resale).
Share screenshots or videos of gameplay (we love that — just don't sell them).
This is a personal license — it's for you, not for renting, selling, or giving away copies of the game itself.
2. What you cannot do
Please don't do any of these things (they ruin the fun for everyone):
❌ Cheat or hack – No aimbots, wallhacks, speed hacks, or modifying memory values.
❌ Use unauthorized software – Bots, auto-clickers, or any third-party tool that gives you an unfair advantage.
❌ Break the game – Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract code/assets from the game.
❌ Exploit bugs – If you find a glitch that lets you cheat or harm others, please report it instead of abusing it.
❌ Harass others – Be kind in chat/forums. Hate speech, threats, or toxic behavior is not allowed.
3. Who owns the game
We own (or properly license) everything in Lust or Heaven – the art, music, code, characters, story, etc.
Buying the game gives you a license to play it, not ownership of the game itself.
4. Your videos, screenshots, and mods
You own your creations – If you make a fan video, a screenshot gallery, or a simple mod (where allowed), those are yours.
Permission to promote – By sharing that content publicly, you give us permission to use it to promote the game (for example, retweeting your video or showing a screenshot on our store page). We'll always credit you.
No stolen content – Don't upload someone else's music, art, or copyrighted characters into the game or your content.
5. What happens if you break the rules
If you cheat, hack, or break this agreement:
We may terminate your license immediately – meaning you lose access to the game (no refund).
Steam may also ban your account according to their rules.
We'll try to warn you first if it's a minor issue, but serious cheating gets immediate action.
6. Updates and patches
When we update the game – adding features, fixing bugs, or balancing gameplay.
Steam will download these updates automatically. By continuing to play, you accept any changes to this agreement (we'll notify you if it's a big change).
7. Our promise (the legal "as-is" part)
Here's the honest, boring-but-necessary legal part:
The game is provided "as is". We do our best to make it bug-free and fun, but we cannot guarantee that it will always work perfectly, never crash, or be free of errors.
No warranty – We aren't responsible for problems caused by your computer, operating system, or other software.
8. What we're liable for (not much)
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
We are not responsible for lost save files, lost progress, frustration from losing, or any damage beyond the game itself.
If something goes wrong, our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the game.
In plain English: We'll try to fix bugs, but if your save gets corrupted, we aren't going to pay you real money damages.
9. Where disputes are resolved
This agreement is governed by the laws of UAE.
Any legal dispute must be handled in the courts of UAE, Dubai (But let's be real – we'd much rather you email us first to work things out.)
10. The whole agreement
This EULA, together with Steam's own Subscriber Agreement, is the complete agreement between us. If a court says any part of this is invalid, the rest still applies.
