END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "Licensee") and Axakal Interactive ("Developer") for the video game "Lost in Anomaly" ("Game").
By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or play the Game.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Axakal Interactive grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use one copy of the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes via the Steam platform.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & OWNERSHIP
The Game, including without limitation all code, artwork, audio, characters, narrative, and visual assets, is the sole property of Axakal Interactive and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. This agreement grants you a license to play the Game, not ownership of the Game or its assets.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You expressly agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
- Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the Game or any of its assets without prior written authorization.
- Modify, remove, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Game.
4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AXAKAL INTERACTIVE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE OPERATION OF THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AXAKAL INTERACTIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME.
6. TERMINATION
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and uninstall all copies of the Game.
