END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. Scope
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of Fairground Online, including all updates, online features, multiplayer services and voice chat (“Software”).
By installing or using the Software, you agree to this EULA.
2. License Grant
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for private, non-commercial purposes, subject to this EULA and platform rules (e.g. Steam Subscriber Agreement).
3. Ownership
All rights, title and interest in the Software remain with CoasterGalaxyWorld & Mosli Studio and their licensors.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
reverse engineer or modify the Software (unless permitted by law),
use cheats, hacks, exploits or bots,
bypass security systems,
violate laws or third-party rights,
engage in abusive or unlawful behavior in multiplayer or voice chat.
5. Online & Multiplayer Features
Online features may be modified or discontinued for technical, legal or economic reasons.
6. Voice Chat
The Software includes voice chat features.
Users are solely responsible for all spoken content.
We are not responsible for voice chat communications between players.
7. Music & Audio Streaming by Users (Important Disclaimer)
The Software may allow users to stream or transmit audio or music to other players.
7.1 User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights to stream or transmit any audio or music.
7.2 Permitted Content
Only:
your own content, or
properly licensed or royalty-free content
may be streamed.
7.3 No Liability
We only provide the technical functionality and assume no liability for audio or music streamed by users.
7.4 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoasterGalaxyWorld & Mosli Studio from any third-party claims arising from your audio or music streaming, including legal fees.
7.5 Enforcement
We may restrict audio features or suspend accounts in case of suspected violations.
8. Reporting Violations
Please report violations to:

9. Updates
We may update or change the Software at any time.
10. Warranty
The Software is provided “as is”, subject to statutory rights.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for user-generated content, voice chat communications, or streamed audio, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access in case of serious violations of this EULA.
13. Governing Law
German law applies, excluding mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
14. Severability
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
