Consent to process the Information Provided is given by me for:

I grant permission for the Information Provided to be processed, including performing with the Information Provided the following actions (operations) or a combination of them: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage. This consent is valid for an indefinite period.

Age Restriction
Chronocracy is intended for players aged 16 years and older. By launching and playing the game, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age. If you are under 16, you are not permitted to install or play the game, and no personal data should be submitted by you. If we become aware that a user under the age of 16 has provided personal data, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided data without consent should contact us at privacy@herocraft.com.

Consent and Opt-Out
By proceeding past the initial launch screen and playing Chronocracy, you accept this End User License Agreement and consent to the data collection practices described herein.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not install or launch the game.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at privacy@herocraft.com. Upon receiving a withdrawal request, we will cease processing your personal data and delete it in accordance with applicable law. Please note that withdrawing consent may affect your ability to use certain features of the game.

Information Collected
We are tracking information about your progress within the game such as what sciences have been unlocked, whether you have finished playing through the tutorial, any software errors encountered and other game session related data.
Some information, such as an email address, may be requested for the purpose of collecting your feedback about the various ways we can improve Chronocracy during the Early Access phase and to respond to your questions and comments.

Third-Party Analytics Services
To help us understand how players interact with Chronocracy and to improve the game experience, we use GameAnalytics (gameanalytics.com), a third-party analytics service provided by GameAnalytics ApS.
By playing the game, you consent to GameAnalytics collecting and processing gameplay data on our behalf. This may include, but is not limited to:
Game session length and frequency
In-game events and progression milestones
Device type and operating system
Software errors and crash reports
GameAnalytics processes this data in accordance with their own Privacy Policy, available at https://gameanalytics.com/privacy. Data may be stored on servers located outside your country of residence, including within the European Union, the United States, and other jurisdictions. GameAnalytics relies on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) for international data transfers where applicable.
GameAnalytics does not use this data to build advertising profiles and does not sell personal data to third parties. We have entered into a Data Processing Agreement with GameAnalytics to ensure your data is handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

How Do We Store It
We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with regulations to protect the Information Provided. We do not share collected data with third parties (other than GameAnalytics as described above) and only use the data for the purposes mentioned above. However, the internet is not a 100% secure environment, and we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us.

Your Rights
Depending on your country of residence, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  
• Right to rectification — you may ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
  
• Right to erasure — you may request that we delete your personal data, subject to certain legal exceptions.
