"These ""and Roger"" Video Posting Guidelines (hereinafter referred to as the ""Guidelines"") set forth the conditions under which users may post gameplay videos (as defined below) of the game content ""and Roger"" (hereinafter referred to as the ""Game"") on the internet, including livestreams (hereinafter the same). By complying with these Guidelines, users are permitted to post gameplay videos of the Game.
No individual contact with us is required if you post gameplay videos in accordance with these Guidelines.

■ Permissible Gameplay Videos
In accordance with these Guidelines, users may post videos of the Game being played by themselves (or including themselves as players). Videos not involving the user themselves as players are not covered under these Guidelines.
Users may also use screenshots from the Game as thumbnails accompanying such videos. (These videos and related content are collectively referred to as ""Gameplay Videos"" in these Guidelines.)

■ Editing of Gameplay Videos
Posted Gameplay Videos may be edited or processed, including for purposes such as gameplay commentary with the user's face or voice.
However, the following three conditions must be observed in such cases:
1. Do not extract and use individual elements from the Game (such as background music or character images) in isolation.
2. Do not infringe on the rights of third parties through the editing or processing of the Gameplay Videos.
3. Do not apply excessive editing or processing that distorts or prevents proper understanding of the Game's content.

■ Prohibited Actions When Posting Gameplay Videos
When posting Gameplay Videos, the following actions are prohibited. Regardless of whether a posted video falls under the prohibited items below, you must promptly delete the video if requested by us.
1. Posting for commercial purposes. However, monetization using features provided by video distribution platforms will not be considered commercial use for the purposes of these Guidelines.
2. Posting for political purposes.
3. Including content that is offensive to public order and morals, or combining videos with illegal information.
4. Reposting videos created by third parties without permission."
