End User License Agreement (EULA) for Bingo Blower Pro

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("End User" or "You") and J2C Studios LLC ("Licensor", "We", "Us") concerning your use of the Bingo Blower Pro software application (the "Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
1. License Grant
Licensor grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use Bingo Blower Pro for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this EULA.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Use the Software to engage in any illegal activity.
Share, sell, sublicense, or distribute the Software to others.
Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Software.
Access or use the Software for any commercial purpose without express permission from the Licensor.
3. Ownership
The Software is the property of J2C Studios LLC and is protected by copyright laws. All rights not expressly granted to you in this EULA are reserved by the Licensor.
4. Updates and Support
Licensor may provide updates, patches, or improvements to the Software from time to time. These updates may be automatically installed, and you agree to receive such updates. Licensor is not obligated to provide maintenance or support services.
5. Termination
This EULA is effective from the date you install the Software and shall continue until terminated. Licensor may terminate this agreement at any time if you breach the terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Software.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Licensor makes no guarantees regarding the Software's functionality, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose. You use the Software at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Software.
8. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to the Agreement
We may modify the terms of this EULA from time to time. Any changes will be communicated through an update or a notice when you access the Software. Your continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
