END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you, the user, and Studio Abyss. By installing, accessing, or using Vartra Abyss, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use Vartra Abyss.
1. License Grant
Studio Abyss grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Game on your personal devices for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Game.
Distribute, sell, or sublicense the Game to any third party.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
Use the Game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights. Your license to use the Game does not grant you any ownership rights in the Game.
4. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies of the Game from your devices.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Game, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
7. Amendments
The Company may amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective when posted on the Game's website or within the Game. Your continued use of the Game following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
