1. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, YogaindoCR grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the game Shyondemic for personal, non-commercial use.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
a) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the game;
b) Modify, distribute, re-selling, or create derivative works based on the game;
c) Use the game for commercial purposes without written consent from YogaindoCR;
d) Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the game.
3. OWNERSHIP
The game is licensed, not sold. YogaindoCR retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the game, including all intellectual property rights.
4. USER CONTENT
Any content you create or upload within the game remains your property, but you grant YogaindoCR a license to use, modify, and distribute such content within the game.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall YogaindoCR be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the game.
6. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the game and delete all copies.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia UUHC, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and YogaindoCR with respect to the game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
