This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and ArcadeHorizon regarding the use of the game titled The Abandoned Levels (the “Game”).
By purchasing, downloading, or using the Game, the User agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. LICENSE GRANT
ArcadeHorizon grants the User a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to download, install, and play the Game on any device owned by the User. The Game is licensed, not sold, and all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game remain with ArcadeHorizon.
2. RESTRICTIONS ON USE
The User may not modify, alter, or create derivative works of the Game.
The User may not distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or otherwise transfer the Game to any third party.
The User may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Game.
Mods and third-party content for the Game are strictly prohibited.
3. UPDATES AND ADDITIONAL CONTENT
ArcadeHorizon may release future expansions, downloadable content (DLCs), or other additional content for the Game. These additions may be subject to additional fees, terms, and conditions, which will be provided at the time of release.
4. DATA PROCESSING
ArcadeHorizon does not collect or process any user data directly. Any data collection and processing related to the Game are handled by Steam, subject to Steam’s privacy policy.
5. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The User’s rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if the Game is refunded or returned through Steam. ArcadeHorizon reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time for breach of its terms.
6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The Game is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The User acknowledges that the Game may contain bugs or errors and that ArcadeHorizon provides no guarantee regarding the Game’s performance or functionality.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event will ArcadeHorizon be liable for any damages, including without limitation any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Game.
8. APPLICABLE LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland and the European Union, as well as Steam’s applicable terms and policies. In case of a dispute, Steam's dispute resolution processes will apply.
9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and ArcadeHorizon with respect to the Game and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
