End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Torbellino Games, a company based in Rosario, Argentina, concerning your access to and use of the demo version of Kitsune’s Paths (“the Game”).
1. License Grant
Torbellino Games grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to download, install, and play the demo version of the Game solely for personal and non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
All rights, title, and interest in the Game are owned by Torbellino Games. The Game is protected by intellectual property laws and international treaties.
4. No Warranties
The Game is provided on an “AS IS” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Torbellino Games does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or that access will be continuous.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Torbellino Games be liable for any damages, including without limitation incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use the Game.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Torbellino Games may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies in your possession.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By installing or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms of this Agreement.
