END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
IMPORTANT: Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using Terry ("Game"), developed by Erencan Pelin("Licensor").
By installing or using this Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. License Grant
Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on a compatible device via the Steam platform.
2. Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights.
3. Restrictions
You may NOT:
Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the Game or any part of it for direct profit, except as expressly permitted below.
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Game.
Use the Game in any manner that violates applicable laws or infringes any third-party rights.
Content Creation Exception:
You are permitted to create, stream, and monetize gameplay videos or livestreams of the Game (e.g., on YouTube, Twitch, etc.) as long as such content:
Does not misrepresent the Game or the Licensor.
Is not used to promote hate speech, illegal activities, or misinformation.
Clearly acknowledges the Game and its developers.
Licensor reserves the right to request removal of content that violates these terms.
4. User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for any content you create or share using the Game. Licensor may remove such content at its discretion.
5. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you breach any part of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Game.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. You use the Game at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Game.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Australia, NSW, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
