The Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Software on a single computer that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS
You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:
- Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Software or any copies of the Software to a third party.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the Software.

3.1. Your Responsibility. You are solely and exclusively responsible for the UGC you create, import, upload, and share using the Software. The Licensor acts as a passive conduit for the storage and distribution of UGC and does not pre-screen or monitor UGC.
3.2. Representations and Warranties. You represent and warrant that:
- You are the creator and owner of, or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and to authorize the Licensor and other users to use your UGC.
- Your UGC does not and will not infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third-party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right.
- Your UGC does not contain any viruses, adware, spyware, worms, or other malicious code.
3.3. License Grant to Licensor. 3.4. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Licensor, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim, demand, damages, or losses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your UGC, your use of the Software, or your breach of this EULA.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & OWNERSHIP
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software are owned by the Licensor. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. Subject to the license granted to the Licensor in Section 3.3, you retain all ownership rights to your original UGC.
5. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT (DMCA POLICY)
The Licensor respects the intellectual property of others and expects users of the Software to do the same. If you are a copyright owner and believe that any content made available through the Software infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification by contacting our Copyright Agent at contact@symphonicgames.net. The Licensor reserves the right to remove any UGC alleged to be infringing without prior notice and at its sole discretion, and to terminate a user's account if the user is determined to be a repeat infringer.
6. TERM AND TERMINATION
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from the Licensor if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF THE LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ANY CASE, THE LICENSOR'S ENTIRE LIABILITY UNDER ANY PROVISION OF THIS EULA SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Barcelona, Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Licensor relating to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, proposals, and representations with respect to the Software.
