END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and CowardlyKnights ("Licensor") for the use of the game "Cartier 06" ("Game"). By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install, access, or use the Game.
1. License Grant
Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by Licensor. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the Game or any part of it.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Game.
Use the Game for commercial purposes.
Use the Game in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
4. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if you breach its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies of it in your possession.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Licensor does not warrant that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Game.
