End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legally binding contract between you ("User") and COW ("Publisher") regarding the use of Ordinary Heroes ("Product"). By installing, accessing, or using the Product, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Product.
1. License
The Publisher grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for personal and non-commercial purposes.
All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved by the Publisher.
2. Restrictions
The User shall not:
Copy, distribute, sell, rent, lease, license, or sublicense the Product.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Product.
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Product.
Use the Product for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Publisher.
Use the Product for any illegal or unauthorized activities.
3. Ownership
The Product, including all associated content, materials, and intellectual property rights, remains the sole property of the Publisher.
This EULA does not grant ownership of the Product to the User.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Product is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
The Publisher is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.
5. Privacy
The Publisher may collect data as described in its [PRIVACY POLICY] (if applicable). By using the Product, the User consents to the collection and processing of such data.
6. Termination
This EULA remains in effect until terminated by either the User or the Publisher.
The Publisher may terminate this EULA at any time if the User violates any terms.
Upon termination, the User must delete all copies of the Product and cease using it.
7. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved in the courts located in Belgium.
8. Amendments to this EULA
The Publisher reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. In the event of significant changes, the Publisher will make reasonable efforts to notify Users.
