End-User License Agreement (EULA)
This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal contract between you ("User") and Soul Steal Studio. It governs the use of the Cappu Dungeon software ("Software").
License Grant
The company grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this EULA.
Updates and Patches
The Company reserves the right to update or patch the Software at any time to improve quality, fix bugs, or add new features. The User automatically agrees to these updates and patches, and the Company is not responsible for issues arising from the User's failure to install the latest version.
Indemnity and Liability
The User agrees to indemnify the Company against any losses, damages, costs, or legal liabilities arising from their violation of this EULA. Additionally, the Company is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software.
Ownership
The Software, its content, and code are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The User does not obtain ownership rights, and the Company reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or remove the Software at any time.
Restrictions
The User is prohibited from:
Modifying, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works of the Software
Commercially using the Software
Copying, distributing, or publicly displaying the Software
Removing any copyright notices or proprietary labels from the Software
Termination
The Company may terminate this EULA immediately if the User violates its terms. Upon termination, the User must delete the Software and any associated materials.
Warranty Disclaimer
The Software is provided "as is," with no warranty, express or implied, regarding its quality, performance, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Company is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Software.
Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any disputes related to this agreement will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of this EULA is deemed invalid, the remainder of the agreement remains in full effect.
