End User License Agreement (EULA) for Project II: Silent Valley

1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legally binding agreement between you and Cyrivan (“the Developer,” “we,” or “us”) regarding your use of Project II: Silent Valley (“the Product”). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Product.

2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with all terms and conditions of this EULA, the Developer hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Product on devices that you personally own or control, solely for your personal and non-commercial use.

3. Intellectual Property
3.1 Most content within the Product, including but not limited to game code, original graphics, text, gameplay mechanics, and original audio, is the sole property of Cyrivan. These contents are protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws and treaties.
3.2 Certain elements within the Product, including but not limited to fonts and some non-custom plugins, may not be covered under Cyrivan’s intellectual property. Their use complies with their respective license agreements or fair use principles.

4. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to, and not to permit others to:
a) Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Product;
b) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Product;
c) Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices in the Product;
d) Sell, rent, lease, distribute, transfer, or sublicense the Product;
e) Use the Product to create any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.

5. User-Generated Content
The Product may allow you to create or share content. You retain ownership of any content you create. However, you grant the Developer a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content.

6. Updates and Maintenance
The Developer may provide updates to the Product from time to time. These updates may include bug fixes, feature enhancements, or entirely new versions. You agree that the Developer is under no obligation to provide any specific updates or to continue supporting any particular version of the Product.

7. Disclaimer
The Product is provided “as is,” without any express or implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Product, even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination
This license will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and destroy all copies.

10. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of your country or region, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Amendments to the EULA
Cyrivan reserves the right to amend this EULA at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting the revised EULA. Notification will be made on Steam. Continued use of the Product constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the revised EULA, you must cease use of the Product immediately.
