Park Manager Simulator – QUA Games
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between QUA Games (“Licensor”) and the end user (“User”) of this software (“Game”). By installing, copying, or using the Game, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. Definitions
Game: “Park Manager Simulator” software, including all updates, patches, and additional content.
User: Any individual who installs, accesses, or uses the Game.
Licensor: QUA Games, the owner of all intellectual property rights in the Game.
2. Grant of License
QUA Games grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
This is a license to use, not a sale of ownership rights.
3. Restrictions
The User may not:
Copy, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Game.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
Modify or create derivative works based on the Game.
Share accounts, use cheats, bots, or unauthorized third-party software.
Use the Game for any unlawful purpose.
4. Ownership
The Game is developed using the Unity engine. Unity-related technologies remain subject to their respective third-party licenses.
All intellectual property rights in the Game remain with QUA Games.
5. Online Services
The Game can be played both offline (single player) and online.
Online services are available only as long as QUA Games maintains the servers.
QUA Games reserves the right to shut down online services at any time. Upon termination, the User will no longer be able to access online features.
Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
6. User-Generated Content (UGC)
By creating, uploading, or sharing content within the Game (mods, designs, characters, images, etc.), the User grants QUA Games a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such content for any purpose, including commercial use.
7. Age Rating and Content Warning
Due to depictions of violence, monster combat, killing, and resurrection mechanics, the Game is recommended for players 12 years and older.
Parents/guardians are encouraged to supervise younger players.
8. Updates
QUA Games may release updates, patches, or new features.
All such updates are covered by this Agreement.
9. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
QUA Games does not guarantee that the Game will run without errors, interruptions, or on all devices.
QUA Games shall not be held liable for any damages to hardware, software, or data resulting from the use of the Game.
10. Data Collection & Privacy
With the User’s consent, the Game may collect anonymous gameplay data (such as playtime, performance statistics, error logs) to improve the quality of the Game.
Data is used solely for development and improvement purposes and is not sold to third parties.
Users may disable data collection in the settings menu.

11. Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless QUA Games from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from unlawful or unauthorized use of the Game.
12. Termination
This Agreement terminates immediately if the User violates its terms.
Upon termination, the User must uninstall and delete all copies of the Game.
13. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
