The commercial use of this product is STRICTLY PROHIBITED without the express written authorization of SIM SPORTS.

The software is granted to you, not sold to you, under the license. The license does not grant you any title or ownership of the software or its content.

We also inform you that, according to European regulations, the user loses his right of withdrawal (14 days of return after purchase) in games sold online from the moment the download is made. In any case, if you have reached this point without activating the license, contact us at admin@sim-sports.com to try to solve any problem you may have.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE


Please note that this INITIAL VERSION contains the development of a vehicle racing simulator that is currently in the development phase. The tests prior to this release have been carried out on a limited number of computers and additional hardware (steering wheels and pedals), that is, they have not been tested on different elements. These steering wheels, pedals, graphics cards, CPUs, monitors and other components have not suffered any damage during months of development and testing. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during the use of this software, either at a personal level or to the hardware in any of its forms (breakage, malfunction, loss of data, etc.)

The simulator is of the RAID category. During the courses there are obstacles that can cause the vehicles to make large jumps, violent falls, overturns and, ultimately, a series of reactions more violent than those of other types of driving simulators.

WE RECOMMEND YOU ADJUST YOUR WHEEL'S REACTIONS TO AVOID PERSONAL INJURY.

RULES AND CONDUCT

Any comment, notification, communication, text, expression, etc., made through the channels available in the software are the exclusive responsibility of its author. Be respectful. Do not post comments with phrases or words of hate, racism, xenophobia or any other kind that may be offensive or illegal.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A RESPECTFUL COMMUNITY and we reserve the right to BAN access to the game's content to any account that violates this rule.

By way of example, and not as a limitation, you shall not (and shall not permit any third party to) take any action (including the contribution of any content) that:

• Constitutes a violation of any applicable law, infringes any intellectual property or other right of any other person or entity
• Is threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, offensive or profane
• Constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, spam or mass email; contains software viruses or any other similar computer code, files or programs; or impersonates any person or entity

We reserve the right to remove any content from the Service at any time, for any reason or for no reason at all.

You must not (directly or indirectly):
• Take any action that imposes or may impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our (or third party providers') infrastructure
• Interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Services or any activities conducted on the Service
• Circumvent any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Services (or parts thereof)
• Decipher, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive any source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of any part of the Services
• Modify, translate or create derivative works of any part of the Services or
• Copy, rent, lease, distribute or otherwise transfer any or all of the rights you receive under this agreement.

As this is a product IN DEVELOPMENT, this version cannot be considered, in any way, finished. You accept and understand that it may have errors and that you have acquired and installed it fully informed.

DO NOT TRANSFER THE LICENSE OR SEND THE INSTALLER PROGRAM OR THE ALREADY INSTALLED PROGRAM TO THIRD PARTIES.

The software is delivered free of viruses.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this AGREEMENT and all matters or issues collateral thereto shall be governed by the laws of Spain, excluding its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute in connection with the AGREEMENT shall be submitted to the Courts of Pontevedra (Spain).
