This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Sola K.K. regarding your use of the game I AI (“the Game”).
By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1.
License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on supported virtual reality hardware (e.g., SteamVR, Meta Quest).
2.
Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all content, software, artwork, audio, and associated materials, remain with Sola K.K. or its licensors. This license does not grant you any ownership rights.
3.
Restrictions
You agree not to:
Distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercialize the Game.
Modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code.
Use the Game in violation of applicable laws or to harass, abuse, or harm other players.
Cheat, exploit bugs, or interfere with other players’ experiences.
4.
Multiplayer and Third-Party Services
The Game relies on third-party services such as:
Photon Engine (for real-time networking)
PlayFab (for player data and matchmaking)
By using the Game, you agree to their respective terms and privacy policies.
5.
Termination
This license will terminate automatically if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must uninstall and stop using the Game. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke multiplayer access in case of misuse or misconduct.
6.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Game, including VR-related discomfort, motion sickness, or data loss.
7.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Japan (or your local jurisdiction if required by law). Any legal disputes will be handled in accordance with these laws.
