End User License Agreement
preface
This End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is an agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "the User") and Mudpill Studio (hereinafter referred to as "Mudpill Studio") regarding the installation and use of Mudpill Studio's game software and related services by the User. This agreement has contractual effect.
Before using the games or services provided by Mudpill Studio, Mudpill Studio reminds you to carefully read and fully understand all the terms of this agreement, especially the clauses that exempt or reduce Mudpill Studio's liability, restrict user rights, apply laws and dispute resolution clauses, and choose to accept or reject them. Such clauses may be marked in bold and bold font.
If you do not agree to any terms of this agreement, you shall not install or use the games or services covered by this agreement. Your installation, use, and other actions will be deemed as recognition of this agreement, and you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. Afterwards, you shall not raise any objections on the grounds of not reading/agreeing to the contents of this agreement.
Article 1 Definition and Interpretation
1.1 "Game" refers to the game software provided by Mudpill Studio (including versions running in client, program application or other forms on game consoles, computers, mobile smart devices and other terminal devices), as well as game related updates, upgrades, patches, expansion packs, etc., including but not limited to program code, images, audio, video, documents and all related components.
1.2 "Services" refers to the online operational services, customer service, etc. related to the above-mentioned game provided by Mudpill Studio to you, including the game itself.
1.3 "User" refers to a natural person or entity who purchases and installs games or receives services through legal means.
1.4 "License" refers to the non-commercial, revocable, changeable, non exclusive, non transferable, and non sublicensable right granted by the Mudpill Studio to the user to use the game and services, subject to compliance with all the terms of this agreement.
1.5 "Third party platform" refers to the game platform provided by a third party other than the Ni Maru Bird Studio that may be required to log in when using this game and service.
1.6 All headings in this agreement are for convenience of reading only and have no actual meaning in themselves, and do not affect the interpretation of the content of the agreement.
Article 2 Scope and Limitations of License
2.1 On the premise that the user agrees to all the terms of this agreement, Mudpill Studio agrees to grant the user the non-commercial, revocable, changeable, non exclusive, non transferable, and non sublicensable right to use this game and service. Users have the right to run a copy of this game and enjoy the services of Mud Maru Bird Studio based on the design of this game on their personal terminal devices.
2.2 Without the prior written consent of Mudpill Studio, users are not allowed to engage in the following behaviors (including for-profit and non-profit):
(1) Using techniques such as reverse engineering, decompilation, and disassembly to crack, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the source code of the game in other ways;
(2) Copy, distribute, disseminate, or display game source code, user manuals, and graphic materials;
(3) Publicly display, or perform or play game/service content in any form on any platform;
(4) Creating derivative works of games or utilizing games in other ways for creative purposes;
(5) Renting, lending, or otherwise transferring the right to use the game, or engaging in any profit-making activities using the game;
(6) Delete, modify, or cover up the name, copyright or trademark information, other intellectual property statements, and other content of the Niwanniao Studio in game programs, animations, packaging, and documentation;
(7) Other behaviors that violate the Copyright Law, Trademark Law, Computer Software Protection Regulations, relevant laws and regulations, international treaties, and conventions.
Article 3 Declaration of Rights
3.1 Ni Maru Bird Studio owns all rights to this game and related services, as well as the data and content contained therein, including but not limited to the game name, program source code, character names, images, equipment, stunt settings, concept definitions, information, storyline, dialogue text, art, graphics, landscape design, animation, sound, music, audio-visual effects, operating interface, operating methods, and all related documents (collectively referred to as "Game Content"). This game and its content are protected by copyright law and other intellectual property laws, regulations, international treaties, and conventions. The computer software copyright, artwork copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, and other intellectual property rights and trade secrets related to this game and its content belong to Mudpill Studio.
3.2 The user only obtains the right to use the game.
3.3 The rights not explicitly granted to the user in this agreement are reserved by Mudpill Studio, including but not limited to the right to create derivative works from it. The user agrees not to create any works with authorship based on the game or game content, and not to use the name, trademark, domain name, or slogan of Mudpill Studio unless prior written consent is obtained from Mudpill Studio.
Article 4 Update, Support and Third Party Platforms
4.1 Mudpill Studio has the right to provide or deploy patches as needed to update, upgrade, or modify the game in order to improve its user experience, functionality, performance, or security.
4.2 Mud Ball Bird Studio will provide necessary technical support according to the situation, but cannot guarantee to solve all problems encountered by users. Users shall bear the risks and consequences arising from the use of the game on their own.
4.3 When users use this game and service, they may need to log in to third-party platforms outside of the Mudpill Studio. In such cases, users should comply with the usage rules and service terms of the third-party platforms. Unless directly associated with this game and service, Mudpill Studio shall not be liable for the services or content of third-party platforms.
Article 5 Personal Information Protection Policy
5.1 Mudpill Studio will strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations to protect the personal information security of users. The user's personal information includes the real name, ID number, contact information, home address, game account, etc. in the user's registration information. Without the user's consent, Mudpill Studio will not provide the user's personal information to third parties.
5.2 The user acknowledges and agrees that Mudpill Studio has the right to provide the user's personal information to relevant parties in the following circumstances:
(1) Necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract to which the user is a party;
(2) Necessary to fulfill legal obligations or in emergency situations to protect the life, health, and property safety of users or others;
(3) Administrative or judicial authorities require the Mud Ball Bird Studio to provide based on legal procedures;
(4) Process personal information that users have voluntarily disclosed or have lawfully disclosed within a reasonable range;
(5) Authorized by the user to be disclosed or used by Mudpill Studio;
(6) Mudpill Studio files a lawsuit or arbitration against users to protect their legitimate rights and interests;
(7) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
5.3 In order to protect users' privacy rights and regulate the use of users' personal information, the Mudpill Studio has formulated the "Personal Information Protection Policy". Users are advised to read the content of this policy in detail.
5.4 In order to optimize the user experience, with the user's consent, Mudpill Studio may collect relevant information about the user's use of the game (hereinafter referred to as "user game information"), including statistical data in the game, usage history, and hardware configuration of the device you use for the game. The user is aware that Mudpill Studio analyzes and uses user game information for maintenance, operation, support, and marketing purposes. For specific details, please refer to the "Data Storage and Processing Agreement". Whether or not you agree to the collection of the above information by Mudpill Studio, it will not affect your normal use of this game and service.
Article 6 Obligations of the Mud Ball Bird Studio
6.1 Mud Pill Bird Studio agrees to provide users with games and services through Internet or other forms in accordance with this Agreement.
Article 7 Obligations of Users
7.1 Users shall equip their own terminal devices (including but not limited to game consoles, computers, mobile smart devices, tablets, etc.) for installing and using this game and service.
7.2 The user shall abide by the provisions of this agreement, other relevant rules and systems (including but not limited to the Personal Information Protection Policy or service agreement signed by the user, and the agreement, user code, announcement and notice, etc. issued and revised from time to time on the official website, official WeChat official account, or in the game), and comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China (if the user is a user outside the People's Republic of China, it shall also abide by the laws and regulations of the country or region where it is located or belongs).
7.3 The user must be responsible for all actions under their own account, including but not limited to any content posted by the user and any consequences arising therefrom.
7.4 In addition to using the game and services in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, users shall not engage in any behavior that infringes on the intellectual property or rights of Mudpill Studio, or engage in any other behavior that damages the legitimate rights and interests of Mudpill Studio or other third parties.
Article 8: Improper Conduct
8.1 Users shall bear the responsibility for the information content they publish on their own. Specifically, users are not allowed to post the following content:
(1) Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution of the People's Republic of China;
(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
(3) Damaging national honor and interests;
(4) Those who incite ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermine ethnic unity;
(5) Disrupting national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
(6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and disrupting social stability;
(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or inciting crime;
(8) Insult or defame others, and infringe upon their legitimate rights and interests;
(9) Promoting and inciting the use of cheats, private servers, and Trojan related content;
(10) Posting any homepage address or link, including software, files, etc. that are deemed inappropriate or not recognized by Mudpill Studio based on reasonable judgment;
(11) Containing other content prohibited by the laws and administrative regulations of the People's Republic of China.
8.2 Users shall not use this game or service through improper or unfair means, including but not limited to the following behaviors:
(1) Delete any statements or information regarding copyright and other intellectual property rights on the game and its copies;
(2) Reverse engineering, disassembling, decompiling, or otherwise obtaining software code for games;
(3) Scan, explore, and test games to detect, discover, and locate potential bugs or weaknesses;
(4) Copy, modify, add, delete, hook and run or create any derivative works of data released into the memory of any terminal during the game or game running process, interaction data between the client and server during the game running process, and system data necessary for the game running process, including but not limited to using plugins, cheats or unauthorized third-party tools/services to access the game and related systems;
(5) Modifying or forging instructions and data during game operation, adding, deleting, or altering game functions or effects, or operating or disseminating software, tools, or methods used for the aforementioned purposes to the public, regardless of whether the aforementioned actions are carried out for profit or not;
(6) Using this game or service, or creating, publishing, or disseminating third-party software, plugins, plugins, or systems not developed or authorized by Ni Maru Niao Studio;
(7) To use, rent, lend, copy, modify, link, repost, compile, publish, publish, and establish mirror sites for the intellectual property or rights owned by Mudpill Studio in this game;
(8) Establish mirror sites related to Mudpill Studio, this game or service, or provide software or services that are identical or similar to this game or service to others through webpage snapshots, server setup, etc;
(9) Separate any part of this game or service for separate use, or engage in other uses that do not comply with this agreement;
(10) Use, modify, or cover up the name, trademark, or other intellectual property of Mud Ball Bird Studio, this game or service;
(11) Any other behavior without prior written authorization from the Ni Wan Bird Studio.
8.3 Users shall not interfere with the normal provision of software and services by Mudpill Studio, including but not limited to: attacking, infiltrating Mudpill Studio's website server, or logging in or attempting to log in to the server at a high frequency beyond normal user login requirements during concentrated time periods, thereby overloading the website server; Crack and modify the game software program provided by Mudpill Studio; Attacking, infiltrating the servers/server-side programs of Mudpill Studio, or overloading game servers; Produce, publish, disseminate, and use any form of auxiliary tools or programs that impede game fairness (including but not limited to "cheats", which refer to all programs independent of game software that can affect game operations while running the game, including but not limited to simulating user operations, changing operating environments, modifying data, and all other types). Users are not allowed to: exploit vulnerabilities and bugs in the program to disrupt the normal functioning of the game or spread such vulnerabilities or bugs; Unreasonable interference or obstruction of others' use of the software and services provided by Mud Ball Bird Studio; Using the games, services, and software of Mudpill Studio in an abnormal or illegal manner; Using abnormal methods to log in to the game (including but not limited to using third-party software or system login games not developed, authorized, or recognized by Nimaru Bird Studio), using cheating software or robot programs, and other malicious behaviors that damage service facilities and disrupt normal service order; Modify, translate, annotate, organize, compile, and interpret the game software of Mudpill Studio; Taking advantage of possible technical defects or vulnerabilities in this game to profit for oneself or others in various forms, or engaging in other improper behaviors.
Article 9 Disclaimer
9.1 The games of Mudpill Studio are provided to users as is and do not guarantee that the games are completely error free, defect free, or uninterrupted. Except for intentional or gross negligence on the part of Ni Maru Bird Studio, users shall bear the risks and consequences caused by malfunctions, errors, defects, data loss, etc. during game operation on their own.
9.2 For any direct, indirect, special, incidental or necessary losses or damages arising from the user's use of the game, including but not limited to property damage, data loss, business interruption, etc., except in cases of intentional or gross negligence on the part of Mudpill Studio, Mudpill Studio shall not be liable for compensation.
9.3 Users should ensure that their terminal devices meet the minimum system requirements for running games and take necessary security measures to protect their terminal devices and data security. Ni Maru Bird Studio is not responsible for any losses or damages caused by user terminal devices or network security issues.
9.4 Users fully understand the objective situation of non interoperability between different terminal devices and operating systems, which is not caused by Mudpill Studio. This may result in the inability of users to smoothly transfer data from one terminal device or operating system to another. The risk of data loss caused by users switching between different terminal devices and operating systems should be borne by the users themselves, and no responsibility shall be required from the Mudpill Studio.
9.5 Mudpill Studio may independently decide to change, suspend, or terminate the user's use of this game or service at any time without giving any prior notice to the user, except as required by laws and regulations or as stipulated in this agreement. If the user's behavior violates the provisions of laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement, and the Mudpill Studio suspends or terminates the user's use of this game or service in accordance with relevant regulations or agreements, the Mudpill Studio shall not be liable to the user and has the right to demand that the user assume corresponding responsibilities.
Article 10 Suspension and Termination of Services
10.1 Suspension and Termination of User Services
(1) If a user posts illegal information, seriously violates social ethics, or engages in other behaviors that violate legal prohibitions, they shall immediately stop using this game and uninstall it themselves. Niwanniao Studio has the right to immediately terminate the services provided to users;
(2) If users engage in improper behavior while receiving services from Mudpill Studio, Mudpill Studio has the right to terminate the services provided to users. The specific circumstances of such improper behavior should be clearly stipulated in this agreement or belong to prohibited behaviors that are explicitly notified in advance by Niwanniao Studio and should be terminated. Otherwise, Niwanniao Studio shall not terminate the services provided to users. The right to use virtual items within the user account shall terminate upon the termination of the service;
(3) If a user provides false registered identity information or engages in behavior that violates this agreement, Niwan Bird Studio has the right to suspend all or part of the services provided to the user; The Niwanniao Studio shall notify users and inform them of the suspension period when taking suspension measures. The suspension period shall be reasonable, and upon the expiration of the suspension period, Niwanniao Studio shall promptly resume services to users. The usage period of virtual items in the user account shall not be extended due to the suspension of the service.
10.2 After the termination of the service, Mudpill Studio shall no longer assume any obligations or responsibilities towards the user. Users shall bear any losses or damages arising from the termination of the service on their own.
10.3 Special Instructions for Single Player Game Services
In game services that are mainly single player games, all game data will be saved on your terminal device. Once the user uninstalls or reinstalls the game, or if the user's terminal device is damaged and the game cannot start normally, all game data of the user will not be recoverable. If users need to save game data on the game server, they need to connect to the internet for data saving operations.
Article 11: Application of Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1 The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and exclude the application of any other conflict of laws.
11.2 If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions. Both parties should negotiate and determine new terms to replace invalid or unenforceable terms.
Article 12 Effectiveness and Amendment of the Agreement
12.1 This agreement shall come into effect from the date when the user clicks the "Accept" or "Agree" button or signs this agreement in any other way, and shall remain valid until both parties terminate this agreement in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
12.2 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the game and services, and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements, statements, or warranties.
12.3 Mud Maru Bird Studio may update this agreement at any time, and the updated agreement terms shall replace the original agreement terms upon publication. The modified agreement will be notified to users through in-game announcements, official websites, or other appropriate means. If the user does not accept the modified terms of the agreement after the Mudpill Studio modifies them, please immediately stop using the games or services provided by Mudpill Studio. If the user continues to use the games or services provided by Mudpill Studio, it will be deemed that they have accepted the modified agreement.
12.4 The interpretation right of this agreement belongs to Ni Maru Bird Studio. For matters not explicitly agreed upon in this agreement, both parties shall negotiate and resolve them based on the principles of fairness, good faith, and trustworthiness.
12.5 Inability, failure to exercise in a timely manner, or failure to fully exercise the rights enjoyed under this agreement or in accordance with legal provisions by Mudpill Studio shall not be deemed a waiver of such rights, nor shall it affect Mudpill Studio's future exercise of such rights.
Article 13 Notice
13.1 Any notification or information sent by Ni Wan Bird Studio to users may be made through in-game announcements, emails, text messages, official websites, or other appropriate means. Users should ensure that the contact information provided to Ni Wan Bird Studio is genuine and effective in order to receive notifications in a timely manner.
Article 14 Supplementary Provisions
14.1 The phrase "including but not limited to" in this agreement means that the listed content is only an example and not exhaustive of all possible situations.
14.2 This agreement is written in Chinese. In case of any conflict or inconsistency between language versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
(3) Damaging national honor and interests;
(4) Those who incite ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermine ethnic unity;
(5) Disrupting national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
(6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and disrupting social stability;
(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or inciting crime;
(8) Insult or defame others, and infringe upon their legitimate rights and interests;
(9) Promoting and inciting the use of cheats, private servers, and Trojan related content;
(10) Posting any homepage address or link, including software, files, etc. that are deemed inappropriate or not recognized by Mudpill Studio based on reasonable judgment;
(11) Containing other content prohibited by the laws and administrative regulations of the People's Republic of China.
8.2 Users shall not use this game or service through improper or unfair means, including but not limited to the following behaviors:
(1) Delete any statements or information regarding copyright and other intellectual property rights on the game and its copies;
(2) Reverse engineering, disassembling, decompiling, or otherwise obtaining software code for games;
(3) Scan, explore, and test games to detect, discover, and locate potential bugs or weaknesses;
(4) Copy, modify, add, delete, hook and run or create any derivative works of data released into the memory of any terminal during the game or game running process, interaction data between the client and server during the game running process, and system data necessary for the game running process, including but not limited to using plugins, cheats or unauthorized third-party tools/services to access the game and related systems;
(5) Modifying or forging instructions and data during game operation, adding, deleting, or altering game functions or effects, or operating or disseminating software, tools, or methods used for the aforementioned purposes to the public, regardless of whether the aforementioned actions are carried out for profit or not;
(6) Using this game or service, or creating, publishing, or disseminating third-party software, plugins, plugins, or systems not developed or authorized by Ni Maru Niao Studio;
(7) To use, rent, lend, copy, modify, link, repost, compile, publish, publish, and establish mirror sites for the intellectual property or rights owned by Mudpill Studio in this game;
(8) Establish mirror sites related to Mudpill Studio, this game or service, or provide software or services that are identical or similar to this game or service to others through webpage snapshots, server setup, etc;
(9) Separate any part of this game or service for separate use, or engage in other uses that do not comply with this agreement;
(10) Use, modify, or cover up the name, trademark, or other intellectual property of Mud Ball Bird Studio, this game or service;
(11) Any other behavior without prior written authorization from the Ni Wan Bird Studio.
8.3 Users shall not interfere with the normal provision of software and services by Mudpill Studio, including but not limited to: attacking, infiltrating Mudpill Studio's website server, or logging in or attempting to log in to the server at a high frequency beyond normal user login requirements during concentrated time periods, thereby overloading the website server; Crack and modify the game software program provided by Mudpill Studio; Attacking, infiltrating the servers/server-side programs of Mudpill Studio, or overloading game servers; Produce, publish, disseminate, and use any form of auxiliary tools or programs that impede game fairness (including but not limited to "cheats", which refer to all programs independent of game software that can affect game operations while running the game, including but not limited to simulating user operations, changing operating environments, modifying data, and all other types). Users are not allowed to: exploit vulnerabilities and bugs in the program to disrupt the normal functioning of the game or spread such vulnerabilities or bugs; Unreasonable interference or obstruction of others' use of the software and services provided by Mud Ball Bird Studio; Using the games, services, and software of Mudpill Studio in an abnormal or illegal manner; Using abnormal methods to log in to the game (including but not limited to using third-party software or system login games not developed, authorized, or recognized by Nimaru Bird Studio), using cheating software or robot programs, and other malicious behaviors that damage service facilities and disrupt normal service order; Modify, translate, annotate, organize, compile, and interpret the game software of Mudpill Studio; Taking advantage of possible technical defects or vulnerabilities in this game to profit for oneself or others in various forms, or engaging in other improper behaviors.
Article 9 Disclaimer
9.1 The games of Mudpill Studio are provided to users as is and do not guarantee that the games are completely error free, defect free, or uninterrupted. Except for intentional or gross negligence on the part of Ni Maru Bird Studio, users shall bear the risks and consequences caused by malfunctions, errors, defects, data loss, etc. during game operation on their own.
9.2 For any direct, indirect, special, incidental or necessary losses or damages arising from the user's use of the game, including but not limited to property damage, data loss, business interruption, etc., except in cases of intentional or gross negligence on the part of Mudpill Studio, Mudpill Studio shall not be liable for compensation.
9.3 Users should ensure that their terminal devices meet the minimum system requirements for running games and take necessary security measures to protect their terminal devices and data security. Ni Maru Bird Studio is not responsible for any losses or damages caused by user terminal devices or network security issues.
9.4 Users fully understand the objective situation of non interoperability between different terminal devices and operating systems, which is not caused by Mudpill Studio. This may result in the inability of users to smoothly transfer data from one terminal device or operating system to another. The risk of data loss caused by users switching between different terminal devices and operating systems should be borne by the users themselves, and no responsibility shall be required from the Mudpill Studio.
9.5 Mudpill Studio may independently decide to change, suspend, or terminate the user's use of this game or service at any time without giving any prior notice to the user, except as required by laws and regulations or as stipulated in this agreement. If the user's behavior violates the provisions of laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement, and the Mudpill Studio suspends or terminates the user's use of this game or service in accordance with relevant regulations or agreements, the Mudpill Studio shall not be liable to the user and has the right to demand that the user assume corresponding responsibilities.
Article 10 Suspension and Termination of Services
10.1 Suspension and Termination of User Services
(1) If a user posts illegal information, seriously violates social ethics, or engages in other behaviors that violate legal prohibitions, they shall immediately stop using this game and uninstall it themselves. Niwanniao Studio has the right to immediately terminate the services provided to users;
(2) If users engage in improper behavior while receiving services from Mudpill Studio, Mudpill Studio has the right to terminate the services provided to users. The specific circumstances of such improper behavior should be clearly stipulated in this agreement or belong to prohibited behaviors that are explicitly notified in advance by Niwanniao Studio and should be terminated. Otherwise, Niwanniao Studio shall not terminate the services provided to users. The right to use virtual items within the user account shall terminate upon the termination of the service;
(3) If a user provides false registered identity information or engages in behavior that violates this agreement, Niwan Bird Studio has the right to suspend all or part of the services provided to the user; The Niwanniao Studio shall notify users and inform them of the suspension period when taking suspension measures. The suspension period shall be reasonable, and upon the expiration of the suspension period, Niwanniao Studio shall promptly resume services to users. The usage period of virtual items in the user account shall not be extended due to the suspension of the service.
10.2 After the termination of the service, Mudpill Studio shall no longer assume any obligations or responsibilities towards the user. Users shall bear any losses or damages arising from the termination of the service on their own.
10.3 Special Instructions for Single Player Game Services
In game services that are mainly single player games, all game data will be saved on your terminal device. Once the user uninstalls or reinstalls the game, or if the user's terminal device is damaged and the game cannot start normally, all game data of the user will not be recoverable. If users need to save game data on the game server, they need to connect to the internet for data saving operations.
Article 11: Application of Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1 The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and exclude the application of any other conflict of laws.
11.2 If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions. Both parties should negotiate and determine new terms to replace invalid or unenforceable terms.
Article 12 Effectiveness and Amendment of the Agreement
12.1 This agreement shall come into effect from the date when the user clicks the "Accept" or "Agree" button or signs this agreement in any other way, and shall remain valid until both parties terminate this agreement in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
12.2 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the game and services, and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements, statements, or warranties.
12.3 Mud Maru Bird Studio may update this agreement at any time, and the updated agreement terms shall replace the original agreement terms upon publication. The modified agreement will be notified to users through in-game announcements, official websites, or other appropriate means. If the user does not accept the modified terms of the agreement after the Mudpill Studio modifies them, please immediately stop using the games or services provided by Mudpill Studio. If the user continues to use the games or services provided by Mudpill Studio, it will be deemed that they have accepted the modified agreement.
12.4 The interpretation right of this agreement belongs to Ni Maru Bird Studio. For matters not explicitly agreed upon in this agreement, both parties shall negotiate and resolve them based on the principles of fairness, good faith, and trustworthiness.
12.5 Inability, failure to exercise in a timely manner, or failure to fully exercise the rights enjoyed under this agreement or in accordance with legal provisions by Mudpill Studio shall not be deemed a waiver of such rights, nor shall it affect Mudpill Studio's future exercise of such rights.
Article 13 Notice
13.1 Any notification or information sent by Ni Wan Bird Studio to users may be made through in-game announcements, emails, text messages, official websites, or other appropriate means. Users should ensure that the contact information provided to Ni Wan Bird Studio is genuine and effective in order to receive notifications in a timely manner.
Article 14 Supplementary Provisions
14.1 The phrase "including but not limited to" in this agreement means that the listed content is only an example and not exhaustive of all possible situations.
14.2 This agreement is written in Chinese. In case of any conflict or inconsistency between language versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
